Position Overview:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a deep understanding of client communications technology.
•  In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects focused on implementing and integrating various client communication tools within our organization.

 
Pay Rate: 72.72$/Hour
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client communications technology projects, on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, IT, operations) to ensure seamless integration of client communication technologies.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.
• Manage project scope and ensure it aligns with client needs and business objectives.
• Effectively communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior management.
• Identify and implement best practices for utilizing client communication technologies.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in client communications technology.
• Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Document project processes and procedures for future reference.

 
Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology sector.
• Solid understanding of various client communication technologies (e.g., email marketing platforms, collaboration tools, chatbots).
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
